Time: 9:00am - 12:00pm 

Duration: 5 weeks (Every Sunday)


SHRM-CP/SCP Exam Fee: 435$

Terms and Conditions:

The initial payment for the program must be a minimum of $100 and is due upon enrollment. The final payment must be completed before August 31, 2023.

The exchange rate for international payments will depend on the mark-up fees set by the banks and may vary at the time of payment. Any additional bank charges incurred during the transaction will be the responsibility of the payer.

In the event of withdrawal from the program, a penalty fee will be imposed. If you withdraw before August 31, 2023, the remaining fee will be deducted by a penalty fee of $100. No refunds will be provided for withdrawals made after August 31, 2023.

Transfers of enrollment to another person are allowed, unless an exam application has already been submitted. Any transfer requests must be made in writing and approved by Black Belt HR. 

The candidate must take the exam within the Second Test Window (Dec. 1, 2023 - Feb. 15, 2024). The availability of exam slots is subject to the scheduling policies of the certification body.

In exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen personal or medical reasons, the candidate may request an extension to the exam application or scheduling deadline. Any extension requests must be made in writing, providing supporting documentation, and are subject to approval by the relevant certification body.

Once the exam is scheduled, any request for rescheduling or cancellation is subject to the policies and fees set by the certification body. The candidate should review and comply with the rescheduling or cancellation procedures provided by the certification body.

The certification body has the ultimate authority to approve or reject exam applications, set application and examination deadlines, and enforce their policies. The candidate acknowledges that decisions made by the certification body regarding exam applications and scheduling are binding.

The responsibility for exam application rejections by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) lies solely with the candidate. Black Belt HR, referred to as the "Company," does not assume any responsibility for applications that fail to meet the rules and regulations established by SHRM.

In the event that an application is not accepted by SHRM, the Company will make efforts to identify alternative options that are in the best interest of the candidate. However, the ultimate decision and responsibility for meeting the requirements set forth by SHRM rests with the candidate.

Black Belt HR will provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the application process, ensuring that they are informed about the rules and regulations stipulated by SHRM. However, the Company cannot be held accountable for any inaccuracies or omissions in the application submitted by the candidate.

Candidates are responsible for carefully reviewing and adhering to the guidelines and criteria provided by SHRM before submitting their exam applications. It is crucial that candidates verify their eligibility, qualifications, and any other prerequisites required by SHRM to avoid application rejections.

Black Belt HR will not bear any financial or legal obligations resulting from application rejections by SHRM. Candidates should be aware that fees paid to SHRM for application processing are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application.
